What you teach: programs (say, English), levels, fees and books; and each program's classes with teacher, days, times and capacity.

When you need it
On day one, and before each term starts.
Step by step
- 1
Click New program, add the Levels (in order) in order and set the Fees.

For each level, create a New class: Teacher, day and time with Day & time, Capacity and From / to.
- 3
In Other names (comma separated), write the names customers use for the class so the bot finds it.
- 4
Under School settings, set seat holds until payment, fee reminders and guardian consent.
Common mistakes
- A program or class with enrollments isn't deleted but deactivated; Archive a finished class.
