When you need it
When you're looking for a job, or need to record its payment or follow-up.
Step by step
- 1
Open a job; the technician fills the checklist, photos and Customer sign-off from their own link.

Add parts under Parts & materials; then Request payment or Record cash.
- 3
If something is left, create a Follow-up; for regular service, click Make recurring.
Common mistakes
- A job can't close without a required after-photo or sign-off; remind technicians to finish before leaving.
