When you need it
When looking for a reservation or chasing payments.
Step by step

Find a reservation with search and the Upcoming filter.

Open it to Ask for the deposit or Ask for the balance.
- 3
At return or check-out, deduct any damage and click Release the rest.
Common mistakes
- Always write a reason for a deposit deduction; it's sent to the customer.
