When you need it
When a company or shop wants to buy wholesale or on credit.
Step by step
- 1
Click New account or open a request that came in by DM, and complete the Company details.

If a document is missing, Ask for documents; when complete, click Verify.

Set the Price tier and Credit, then click Save credit.
- 4
Under Contacts, link the company's people to their chats with Add contact.
Common mistakes
- Don't give credit to an unverified account; if the company's licence expires, it's flagged beside the account.
