When you need it
Whenever a new request arrives.
Step by step

Open a request and look at the items.

Click Price it; the account's tier price is suggested and you can change it.
- 3
Send it with Send pro-forma; the customer's answer shows under Customer's decision.
Common mistakes
- If the chat's 24-hour window is closed, the message waits in a queue; send the request page link another way.
