When you need it
Before the first sale, and whenever delivery fees or the return rule change.
Step by step

Under Delivery zones & pickup, create a zone with Add zone, list the cities and set the fee and delivery time.

If customers can collect, turn on Pickup at the shop and write the address.

Under Payment, VAT & orders, set cash on delivery, VAT and the minimum order.

Under Returns, warranty, VAT, set the return window and policy text; that's what the bot tells customers.
Common mistakes
- An address outside every zone has no delivery fee and needs it set by hand; list your main cities in the zones.
