When you need it
On day one, and whenever a service, price or duration changes.
Step by step
- 1
Click New service and enter the name, Duration (min) and Price.

In Other names, write the names customers use so the bot recognises the service.
- 3
If you take a deposit, set its type and amount; the slot is held until it's paid.
- 4
Under Who can do it, pick the staff or rooms that do this service; empty means everyone.
Common mistakes
- Don't forget Buffer after (min) for cleaning or preparation, or appointments are booked back to back.
