When you need it
Before the first quote, and whenever rates change.
Step by step

Click New rate card and build the zones with Add zone.

Under Weight bands, price each weight; a row without a weight means each extra kg.

Set the Surcharges (fuel, insurance, fragile, remote area).
- 4
Try a route and weight in the Quote tester and click Calculate.
Common mistakes
- Without a rate card, instant quotes in DMs don't work and every question reaches the team.
