When you need it
When you book a new shipment or a customer asks about theirs.
Step by step
- 1
Click New shipment; leave the price empty to use the rate cards.

Print the Labels and record a New status at each stage.
- 3
On delivery, record the Proof of delivery (receiver's name and photo) and click Mark delivered.
Common mistakes
- For international shipments, get customs documents early with Ask the customer for documents.
