When you need it
When a reply looked odd, or you want to see the AI's speed and cost.
Step by step

At the top: today's replies, the average time, Cost today, and the replies the checks stopped.
- 2
Click a row to open Why did the bot say this?: the customer's message, the knowledge found, the tools, the checks and the reply sent.
- 3
The Corrected / rejected filter shows replies the safety checks stopped.
Common mistakes
- If a reply came from wrong knowledge, fix the text in Content & pricing; the log itself changes nothing.
