Comments
Comments on your Instagram posts and what was done with them: a public reply under the post, a private DM to that person, or nothing.

When you need it
When you've posted something or run an ad and want to see whether comments were answered and turned into DMs.
Step by step

Each row is one comment: who wrote it, the text, the Public reply posted under it and the Private DM sent to them.

Comments on your last five posts are checked every two minutes; a comment that matches no rule gets no reply.

The comment-to-DM rules (for example: whoever writes price gets the price by DM) are made in Automations.

Someone who already got a DM doesn't get a repeat; the result column says so.
Common mistakes
- To reply to comments, Instagram must be connected with comment permissions; if no comments arrive, check the Instagram connection in Settings & connections.
