When you need it
When customers ask the same thing in different words and some messages get no reply.
Step by step

Click New group, name it, and type the words one by one, pressing Enter after each.

Put formal and casual forms in one group; plurals, word forms, spaces, hyphens and English-keyboard typing are recognised automatically.

Type a sentence in Which group does this text match? to see which group it hits.
- 4
Click Save lexicon; it applies to every automation right away.
Common mistakes
- Put each word in one group only, and don't add very general words ("good", "hello").
