When you need it

When you want to change how the bot behaves overall, or connect a cloud AI.

In Reply mode, choose Automatic reply or Manual approval; with manual approval, replies go to Approval queue first.

In AI engine, pick the local model (free, slow) or a cloud service, paste the key and try Test with a message.

Set the Monthly cost cap (USD, 0 = no cap) and keep If the cloud service fails, reply with the local model on.

In Instagram menu, arrange the menu buttons and click Apply to Instagram; in Follow-up & handoff, set reminders and when a chat returns to the bot.

The cloud service key is stored only on this computer and isn't shown again; keep a copy somewhere safe.
