Default messages
The system DM messages (outside business hours, no answer found, and so on), how often each may repeat, and your business hours.

When you need it
After setup, to put these messages in your own words, and whenever your hours change.
Step by step

Under Default DM messages, write each message in your languages.

Repeat interval means each message goes to the same person at most once in that time.

In Business hours, turn on Business hours enabled and set the days, hours and time zone; the top of the card shows whether you're open now.

Click Save messages & hours; it applies from the next message. The most recently sent ones are at the bottom.
Common mistakes
- Write {open_time} in the text and the next opening time ("tomorrow at 9", say) is filled in for you; don't type a fixed time.
