Setup assistant (9 steps)
A fresh installation opens straight on the Setup page. It keeps opening there until you click Setup done — get started. You can skip any step for now and come back to it later from the list at the side of the page.
| # | Step | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Panel language | English, Persian or Arabic. The panel language is separate from the language the bot uses with customers. The bot talks to each customer in that customer’s own language. |
| 2 | What is your trade? | Search for your trade (for example “barber shop”, “restaurant” or “clothing store”) and click it. It asks right there whether to install it. Click Install and continue. The menu, form, sales stages, messages and ready answers for that trade are added, and the “Sample service” of a fresh install is removed. The More details button shows the trade’s full page with every change. |
| 3 | Brand name and country | Enter the brand name in Latin letters and in Persian. These two are required and appear in every message. Also set the country, currency, time zone, languages and the bot’s tone (section 9). Every country in the world is on the list. The country is pre-selected from this computer’s time zone. When you change the country, that country’s currency, time zone, calendar and language are suggested, and the week starts on that country’s first day of the week. |
| 4 | Ready to answer: hours, address, prices | If you have a website or an Instagram page: enter the site link in the box at the top of this step and click Read and propose. Everything below is prepared for you to approve (section 10). Otherwise, fill in here the three things customers ask about most:
|
| 5 | Panel password (required before Instagram / WhatsApp) | Enter a username and password (at least 10 characters) and click Create the account and turn the password on. From then on, opening the panel asks for the password. Colleague accounts with limited access are created on the Security page. Instagram, WhatsApp and the Meta app can only be connected after this step, so your message accounts never sit in a panel anyone on this computer can open. |
| 6 | Connect messaging apps | Connect at least one. Telegram comes first because it is the easiest (2 minutes, section 6). Then Instagram (section 5) and WhatsApp (section 7). |
| 7 | Contact options | Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email or website. Only the ones you approve are shown to customers. |
| 8 | Payment methods (optional) | IBAN, payment link or payment gateway. Only methods that work in your business’s country are suggested (for example card-to-card and Zarinpal for a business in Iran, Stripe and PayPal in countries where these services are supported). Until a method is approved, no payment button is shown to customers. |
| 9 | Final test & launch | This page shows the status of every step. The “Set up automatically” section also shows this computer’s AI and the public address, which set themselves up. If there is a problem, a Check link appears next to it. Send one message as a customer in the Simulator, choose the reply mode and click Setup done. |
💳 Payment methods, step by step
In the panel: Settings → the payment cards. Each card has the same step guide inside it. When a customer wants to pay, the assistant shows the methods you filled in, with the package’s amount (packages need an amount under Content & prices).
- Card-to-card (Iran) and IBAN: type the number and the holder’s name exactly as at the bank, then Save & test. The customer sends a photo of the receipt in the chat; you see it on the Payments page (or the phone app) and confirm it once the money is in your account.
- Payment link: any https link of a payment page (a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, ZarinLink, your website). One link has one amount; for different amounts give each package its own link under Content & prices.
- Zarinpal (Iran): sign up at Zarinpal, finish the identity check and create a gateway (Zarinpal approves it; without a website use ZarinLink in the payment-link card). Copy the 36-character Merchant ID into the card. Test mode tries without money; switch it off afterwards.
- Stripe: activate payments in your Stripe account, then Developers → API keys → Secret key (sk_live_…, or sk_test_… to try) into the card. Not the Publishable key (pk_…).
- PayPal: developer.paypal.com → Apps & Credentials → Live → Create App; copy its Client ID and Secret into the card. Test mode only with Sandbox keys.
- Stripe / PayPal webhook (recommended): needs the fixed public address (section 8); the card shows the address to add and what to copy back.
Try it: on the Simulator page type “I want to pay” to see exactly what the customer sees.
